Appeals and complaints can be submitted by filling out the F022 Appeal and Complaint Form, accessible through the “APPEAL AND COMPLAINT” button located in the “Contact” section of our website. All submissions are evaluated and recorded in line with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and fairness.
Any candidate, ATB (Authorized Training Body), or stakeholder may submit a written complaint regarding TR-ANB’s activities.
The process includes the following steps:
- Receiving, verifying, and recording the complaint,
- Investigating the issue through discussions with relevant parties,
- Implementing necessary corrective and/or preventive actions,
- Providing the complainant with regular updates on the progress of the process,
- Formally notifying the complainant of the final result in writing.
Complaints are reviewed and concluded by the Quality Management Representative (QMR). When necessary, the matter may be reviewed by the Advisory Board. All complaints are handled confidentially, and the identity of the complainant is protected.
A candidate who wishes to appeal a decision related to an examination or certification result must submit a written request to TR-ANB within four (4) weeks following the notification of the result.
The appeal process is carried out as follows:
- Reviewing the validity of the appeal,
- Evaluation of the appeal by an Appeal Panel consisting of at least three (3) members (including at least one independent member who did not take part in the initial decision),
- Hearing the parties involved, if deemed necessary,
- Making an objective decision and providing the written outcome to the applicant.
Appeal results are communicated to the applicant within two (2) weeks after the completion of the appeal session. No discrimination or adverse action shall be taken against any candidate or institution during the appeal process. All complaints are handled confidentially, and the identity of the complainant is protected.
